The Collaborative Partnership Network

The Collaborative Partnership Network covers 10 partnership locations throughout Nova Scotia including: Sydney, Port Hawkesbury/New Glasgow, Amherst, the Halifax Regional Municipality, Windsor, Kentville, Digby, Yarmouth and Bridgewater.

Each partnership, though geographically separate, provides a continuity of delivery of programs and services. These partnerships base their services on the Collaborative Partnership Network Service Model.

Each individual partnership of the Collaborative Partnership Network has trained and qualified staff, resourceful partnership community-based boards, with representation of most board members from Nova Scotia Community Colleges, transportation services, disability related services and clubs.

Specific services include:

• Needs Determination / Assessment
• Case Management
• Interventions: SD, TWS, JCP, Diagnostic Assessments, Accommodations, Assistive Devices
• Resume Preparation, Job Clubs, Employment Resource Services (Computer Access, LMI)
• Employment Maintenance Support
• Opportunities Fund Resources
