TEAM Work Cooperative (includes Cooperative Members)
TEAM Work Cooperative was created in 1996 and focuses on case management of disabled clients. The other three agencies focus on interventions leading to employment. The WorkBridge, created in 2000, specializes in job development for Persons with Disabilities serving the Halifax Regional Municipality with a population base of more than 400,000. Third year of appointment by Federal Minister Diane Finley, to sit on the National Voluntary Sector Committee with Service Canada Service brief to John Atherton, Director General Activity Employment Measures. Testing site Nova Scotia Model of Specialized Service. Combined clients of 750 projected for 2008/09 with multiple interventions.
