Created in February 2000 and expanded in 2005/06 to include employment services in Cumberland County with a population base of 32,605, for all Persons with Disabilities, African Nova Scotians and Youth. Sites established in Pugwash, Parrsboro and Oxford, weekly outreach extended to River Hebert and Joggins. Maintaining on site Employment Counsellor for Persons with Disabilities. In 2008/09 projected to provide interventions to 156 disabled clients.
