The CPN covers 10 partnership locations throughout Nova Scotia including Sydney, Port Hawkesbury, Amherst, the Halifax Regional Municipality, Windsor, Kentville, Digby, Yarmouth and Bridgewater. Each partnership, though geographically separate, provides a continuity of delivery of programs and services. Each individual partnership of the CPN has trained and qualified staff, resourceful partnership community-based boards, with representation of most board members from Nova Scotia Community Colleges, transportation services, disability related services and clubs - all valuable resources.
